Lisa Angeloni is Vice President, Sales and Customer Success, Quebec. She leads a team of professionals focused on creating new business opportunities, client retention, and is dedicated to finding the best solutions to ensure client satisfaction with Lifeworks’ services. Lisa is an expert in cultivating strong relationships with partnered clients by working with business development, account management, and the operations team to deliver on promises and address wellbeing needs.
Lisa began her career with Morneau Shepell in 2016 as Managing Director, Business Development, Eastern Canada. In this role, her team was responsible for client retention, and new business and growth opportunities. Further to this in 2017, Lisa joined the Health Benefits Consulting team as Practice Leader, Small and Medium Business (SMB), where she spearheaded the creation of a national team with the mandate to develop a strategy to support structure for the SMB market segment. Later on, she returned to LifeWorks in 2018 to lead the Communications and Engagement team, followed by a position in Customer Strategy in 2019.
Prior to joining Morneau Shepell, Lisa was with Manulife’s Group Benefits division from 2003 to 2016, in a variety of sales and leadership roles. In her last mandate, she was responsible for growing market share in the Quebec and Ottawa region.
Lisa holds a BSC in Mathematics and Statistics from Concordia University, an EMBA from McGill-HEC and an Employee Benefits Specialist Certification from Dalhousie University.
