Morneau Shepell’s communication and change management solutions wins a Silver Leaf Award of Merit for human resources and benefits communication developed with Canadian Tire Dealers’ Association
TORONTO, December 3, 2019 – Morneau Shepell and Canadian Tire Dealers’ Association (CTDA) have worked together for over a decade to promote CTDA’s profit sharing plan to more than 20,000 Canadian Tire store employees. The winning IABC Silver Leaf Award entry, ”Digital shift: optimizing the employee experience through online communications,” showcases a five-year communication strategy of shifting communications online with the goal of improving CTDA employees’ understanding and appreciation of the profit sharing plan – a key retention tool for more than 500 Canadian Tire stores. Silver Leaf is Canada’s premiere professional awards program celebrating excellence in business communication.
