Neil King is Senior Vice President for Morneau Shepell’s Employee Support Solutions group. In this role, he oversees account management, product development, workplace training, communications as well as sales for the Shepell EFAP in Canada and internationally. Neil uses his extensive marketing background and business acumen to ensure his team works in a consultative manner to deliver solutions that strengthen the health and productivity of organizations across Canada and globally.

Before joining Morneau Shepell, Neil worked in sales leadership positions at ADP and Wolters Kluwer Health, where he managed sales for six years in Canada and the Western US. While at Wolters Kluwer Health, Neil worked extensively with his team to deliver evidence-based medicine tools and content for hospitals and medical schools. He has opened up and ran sales offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Washington, San Francisco and Dallas. His international exposure includes working in Latin America, with experience in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Peru. 

Neil holds an Honours degree in Business from Wilfred Laurier University and an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. He is a recipient of the University of Toronto’s Arbor Award that recognizes volunteers for outstanding personal service to the University.
